Return & Refund Policy

Comprehensive guidelines for fee refunds, withdrawals, and special circumstances for university enrolments

Important Disclaimer

Payment of annual tuition and associated fees signifies a definitive commitment to your enrolment for the full academic year. Once fees are paid, they are strictly non-refundable under standard circumstances. The limited exceptions outlined below are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the University Administration.

General Overview

Policy Scope

This refund policy applies specifically to students who have made a lump sum payment for the full 5-year course. Refunds will be processed only in cases of withdrawal, transfer, or expulsion, based strictly on the terms and timelines defined below.

The university reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not be applied retrospectively to payments already made.

Refund Timeline & Percentages

Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the admission cancellation request relative to the academic calendar.

Before Course Commencement
75%

of total package refunded

If admission is canceled before the start of the academic session.

During First Semester
20%

of total package refunded

If admission is canceled within the first semester, before the second semester begins.

After First Semester
0%

No refund provided

No refund will be provided if admission is canceled after the first semester has concluded.

Expulsion & Academic Failure

Different policies apply based on the reason for expulsion from the program.

Academic Failure

Expulsion Due to Poor Academic Performance

  • If expelled for academic failure, the student is not eligible for any refund.
  • The student may apply to continue studies by paying the current academic year's fees, subject to university discretion and an academic improvement plan.
  • If the student decides not to continue or fails to meet improvement conditions, no further refunds will be provided.
Disciplinary Action

Expulsion Due to Misconduct

  • If expelled for disciplinary reasons, no refund will be issued for remaining years.
  • The student must pay any pending dues for the current academic year.
  • All decisions regarding disciplinary expulsion are final and not subject to refund appeals.

Special Circumstances

Exceptional Cases Review

In cases of severe illness, death of the student, or other unforeseen emergencies, the university may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund on a pro-rata basis depending on the duration attended.

Other limited exceptions include:

  • University-Initiated Program Cancellation: Full refund if the University cancels the entire program before its start.
  • Official Visa Rejection (International Students): Partial refund of tuition fees (excluding administrative charges) upon verifiable, timely submission of official visa rejection proof before program commencement or attendance.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued under these circumstances:

  • Voluntary withdrawal for personal reasons, change of mind, or transfer to another institution.
  • Academic or disciplinary dismissal as outlined above.
  • Non-attendance after payment without formal cancellation.
